Summary
In this episode, Cory and Laine take a little break from our episode rewatch to discuss the possible origins of werewolf myths, what that might have to do with witch trials and gender dynamics, and of course, everyone’s favorite werewolf, Oz.
Thanks for listening to our discussion of werewolves in the Buffyverse!

I’m a couple of episodes behind (I still haven’t listened to ‘Innocence’ but just skipped ahead to this one), but I wanted to add a couple of werewolf movie portrayals:
Ginger Snaps – werewolf transformation as female coming-of-age (horror) story. I’m not the biggest fan of the metaphor itself, but I think it was well done, and just a fun movie overall.
What We Do in the Shadows – werewolves and anger management ๐
